Every Tasmanian should be entitled to a fair day’s pay for a fair day’s work – it’s not rocket science.

Instead of watching on from the sidelines, Transport Minister Eric Abetz should step in and make sure there’s a fair resolution.

Metro’s mechanics play a vital role in keeping the state’s public transport system running, and this role needs to be acknowledged properly with an industry rate of pay.
