Nothing Fair about the Liberal cover up

Tasmanians deserve to know who knew Madeleine Ogilvie misled Parliament, when they knew it, and why they kept it secret.

Everybody in cabinet knew Madeleine Ogilvie had initiated legal proceedings in the Supreme Court.

Every single one of them, including Michael Ferguson who was in cabinet, watched her mislead Parliament in November last year, and did nothing.

Now the Liberal Government is refusing to answer basic questions about who knew what and when they knew it.

They have obviously made the decision that telling the truth and answering our questions is more dangerous than stonewalling for the entire week.

That tells Tasmanians everything they need to know.

After 13 years, the Liberals have become arrogant, secretive, and allergic to accountability.

Tasmanians deserve better than a government that covers up for its Ministers, hides from Parliament, and treats accountability like an inconvenience.
