“That’s your job”

01 August 2024

Jacqui Lambie Network member Rebekah Pentland has claimed it’s not her job to hold her Liberal Coalition partners to account, leaving many confused as to what she believes the Jacqui Lambie Network’s role is.

The March election result demonstrated that Tasmanians want the Liberal Minority Government to be held to account for its decisions while in Government.

Tasmanians who voted for the Jacqui Lambie Network deserve to know what the Jacqui Lambie Network stand for.

If the Jacqui Lambie Network members won’t hold the Liberals to account, what are they here for?

Labor will continue to hold the Liberal-Lambie Coalition to account.

Leader of Opposition Business in the House of Assembly
